According the Pantone Fall 2008 Color Trends Report, designers are emphasizing blues, greens and purples, with warm reds, orange and yellows this year. Along with the color palette, there are hints that the fashion style echoes Art Deco styling. In their Fall Fashion issue,Vogue magazine is advocating "statement necklaces," big bold necklaces that really give you a sense of flair.
